This  is a recent recording of Virinchi Joglekar singing Raaga Bihaag.  This performance was part of the 2011 GuruPournima celebrations of his music school in Pune, 'Arun Music Class'.

Virinchi renders two traditional (पारंपारिक) compositions in Raaga Bihaag :  The Vilambit (slow) composition is in JhapTaal,  and the Drut (faster) composition is in TeenTaal.

Violin accompaniment was provided by Mr Ravi Sidhaye.  The tabla was played by Mr Hanumant Phadtare'.  Virinchi  himself played the tanpura.

Lyrics:      झपताल :  रन चढ़त राजा मान, बलवान् बली ।  अत मुँदरिया तोहे गल दयी ।।  [अग मुँदरिया जहाँ पाँव लगत नाही]
                               धरनी पत महाराज राजन को राजा ।  अटक दरिया तोहे गल दयी ।।
                तीनताल :  अब हूँ लालन मैका ।
                               जुग बीत गईला तुमरे मीलनको तरप तरप जियरा तरसे ।।
                               ऊमगे नैना बादरीसी क्यूँ ।  झरी लागी मेहां बरसे ।
                               दामनीसी कूँदे, जियरा लरजे ।।
